“A ridiculous premise” indeed for decent normal folk. These types, liberal Dimwitcrats are given to emotional illogical extremes. By projection they think it is normal and everybody does it. It explains their extreme position against the second ammendment. They know what they themselves would do if they had the push button kill machine, and they think you will do as they have done.
How often in a prime-time drama I have seen a scene wherein the main character threw a temper tantrum and busted up his own possessions. Never have I seen it done in real life in my merely 66 years on earth. I have never even heard of it. I did see once a drunk man who had hurt his own knuckles beating a brick wall.
