That’s a bit circular. Communities with a high tolerance for crime elect “governments as good as the people.”
Perhaps, but it seems that once safer communities with low or no tolerance for crime, regardless of ethnic and racial breakdown, flip to some, than most, than full (modern) Democrat control, like dominos falling the crime tolerance/acceptance rises then murders are woven into fabric of society.
More research needed and better run-on-sentence control as well ;)
