Russia knows it’ll escalate to World War III. Putin’s tactics will flow from that reality - it’s not gonna start with a Ukrainian city.

You’re right. It makes no sense as it isn’t real bright to light up and ruin the land you’re trying to get back. But I don’t think the use of nuclear force is what Russia has in mind for the Ukraine. That’s for bigger fish like us that are playing the game and shouldn’t be involved. It’s a stall tactic for both them and us to stay out of the main combat and please the constituents as it isn’t biting them on the keyster. (No news is good news)
It doesn’t take a sane person to destroy most of or all the earth. And neither Putin or our government heads that can push the button are that close to intelligent actions. If it happens, who wins? Nobody.
