The migrants that landed on Martha’s Vineyard were taken to the ferry terminal and off the island within 24 hours. They took them a military base on Cape Cod. Most likely Otis National Guard base.
The hypocrisy is jaw dropping. I just heard an interview with a Martha’s Vineyard local saying how they didn’t have the resources to handle this situation...what has to be among the very wealthiest of zip codes in the US, openly admitting the drain on local resources.
Take them to Plymouth and teach them how to plant corn and hunt deer. Do it quickly. Winter is coming.
BS, the hotel occupancy rate on MV drops dramatically after Labor Day weekend. Most hotels are at best half full, except maybe on the weekends.
