For the few who don’t already know this:
The suite of Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) are 24/7, all-weather, surface-to-surface, inertially guided missiles used to engage targets in the corps/Army area of influence.
Truth: I never heard of them and just looked it up myself.

The cover is over all six launch tubes, the TACMs takes four launch cells. It is most likely a cover for traveling.
If Ukraine gets TACMs, the first anyone will know when important too far away for GLMRs start exploding.
