Hillary was just wanting to see what evidence Trump would present in Trump v. Clinton. Reinhart recused himself from that case, but not before he saw the documents in the case. He probably is the “AFFIANT” for the warrant as well as the signatory. He wants to help Hillary win it.

I recall seeing such speculation here the day of the raid. It sounds very logical, Trump has sued a number of FBI agents as well as Clinton, and the DNC. The FBI is probably just covering their own asses as well as those of their masters.
