It’s also known as oppo research. Even If there is nothing there to bring charges everything they found has been sent to the rats. To think Nixon was forced from the Presidency because some underlings broke into an office and took a few pictures.

Not that I think it needs 'saying' but there MAY be some here who might ask, what's the big diff?

So, I thought I'd lay it out as written.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Yah, yah, we all know it. But...it needs saying.

U.S. Constitution - Amendment 4
Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Of course the warrant was illegal. For starters it was too broad. But there are lots of other issues with it. But lets not go down that rat hole. Lets point to the raid itself. The FBI stole Trump’s stuff. The FBI denied legal supervision. This whole thing is illegal from top to bottom.

Yes, which is why they refuse to produce the affidavit.

It sure seems that way. And thanks for posting this article.

One can only hope that Trump’s lawyers are moving fast on this, and are preparing an appeal to the Supreme Court. Because I’m certain the goal of Biden’s Justice Department is not to merely embarrass Trump. The goal is to arrest him.

After January 6, 2021, Trump was impeached and acquitted for his actions as President making the entire issue moot. Just sayin.

Everyone I know even Democrats that really despise Trump are saying the same thing no one trusts the FBI anymore. Their reputation is in tatters. They’re all saying the same thing dismantle the FBI from top to bottom. They overreached this time! They slit their own throats. All for the hate of one man. They should’ve kept their powder dried and kept their cushy institution alive and well. But now they have done themselves in. Nobody, and I’m serious nobody trusts the FBI anymore.

And this is why Gov Desantis should Order the AG to go to a Grand Jury and Indict the whole Bunch for Felony Home Invasion, force them to PROVE beyond a Reasonable doubt the warrant was valid in their criminal trial, they Can’t.

I think Trump has an unequaled chance to break legal ground and potentially even convict federal fbi of state felony theft since they violated the guardrails of the constitution

Also, did the FBI raid Trump’s house to hide or remove or even alter spying devices like microphones and cameras and other spyware?

They’re not about to let a little thing like the Constitution stop them. When have they ever?

Another way of stating the question:

Is it constitutional to arrest the political opposition?

I have no doubt.

The Constitution is an annoying hinderance to the left and they ignore it as it benefits them.

I wonder if they know enough to change the nuclear codes with each new President. Likely every so often with the same President.
