I know this is probably naive, it has to be extremely rare that a ten year old child can get pregnant.
I totally agree it is obvious abuse. The ‘if only suspected’ is part of their reporting requirements. These evil ‘professionals’ all independently or together decided to cover up the crime. Every step of the way this child was let down by those who are charged with protecting her. Liberals are evil.

What is the mothers relationship to the rapist? I have a sneaking suspicion that the mom crossed state lines for less than honorable reasons, perhaps to find an abortionist who would not report the rape. Everything going to plan until rape enabling leftist doctor saw a chance to advance the cause.
I could certainly be wrong but the reporting of this does not feel complete.

You make an excellent point about the child being let down every step of the way, and that bears repeating. When you think about it, there were a number of steps along her terrible journey, and at each one were adults who were charged with acting responsibly ... and yet, and yet ... over and over again ...

Yes it does say she was 10 years old... but the above statement does not sound like a young girl who was raped and taken by somebody across state lines. Where is the reference to an adult in this girl’s life and what that level of involvement was as far as dealing with the aftermath? Were there parents involved or was this kid a runaway.... or more likely, one of the illegals that crossed the border? How did she travel from Point A to Point B? This makes it sound like she got in a car and drove across state lines herself.
Given how the complete range of sexual matters are pushed on the very young, it seems like the intent of the wording is to present this young girl as a young girl if it is favorable to make a particular point and then present her as an adult if that is favorable for a different point. The writing also clearly smacks of lots of important issues that were left unanswered.
Yeah, that was my first thought as well, is the guy really a child rapist, or a patsy, a fall guy to ‘prove that Joe isn’t a liar’.
The girls is very likely an illegal as well. Probably related to the rapist. This is why the Rats didn’t want to give details.

Sounds like an adult, except obviously where it says she was 10. It says she traveled across state lines, for instance. No, she was taken across state lines. It says she procured an abortion. No, someone did it to her after someone else procured an abortion for her.
The Ohio police should have been present during the abortion in order to accept tissue samples as evidence. If they didn’t and don’t have evidence that this guy fathered the child, he could beat the case.

Before I buy into any of this, I want somebody to confirm the girl’s age, her baby’s age, and that she really was pregnant. Since they were finally pushed to prosecute the alleged offender, there should be some discovery. Expecting this story to vanish before the real facts get exposed, but abortion industry will keep pushing the lies. And, of course the abortion gal who pushed this out to the public will not suffer any consequences for her failure to report the alleged rape and abuse in a timely manner.
