No, they are not. That would be way too easy to detect and impossible to deny the source.
Look for enemy agents in place and fellow travelers performing acts of sabotage. Also the usual count of disgruntled workers and just plain stupid violations of safety and hygiene procedures. You are more likely to find the cause of these "accidents".
And yes, the total count is over 600 "accidents" so far. That is quite a bit higher than the number that insurance companies would expect. Something is definitely going on that might be considered intentional.
I would say that our police and intelligence agencies could get to the sources for this, but they seem to be too busy persecuting political opponents of the Democrats to take on the additional work.
We have been under attack at least as far back as 2019 with COVID-19 but just as it has been in the Covid war, no one gives a damn how many maimed and dead bodies keep piling up, or in the future how many will starve or freeze to death in the coming months. No will hold anyone accountable.
