Richardson's Presidential supporters apparently cut a deal with Obama's people during the Iowa caucuses in 2008. Clinton was livid because with the agreement, she ended up coming in third to Obama and John Edwards. He must have felt the heat, because when Hillary ran in 2016, initially, he was reluctant to endorse her, but then came crawling back. I wonder how much his palms were greased by the Clintons.
