This is what happens when there is no provision for a runoff election in the primary for candidates who do not get a majority of the vote. That’s 50% + 1 vote. It’s the fault of the state of Colorado and the Colorado Republican Party. In Texas such a candidate might win a plurality but would get swamped in the runoff. Of course knowing that there could be a runoff, such a candidate might not even run in Texas.

Dominion would just juice the numbers to win the higher amount needed.
