How much American war materiel shows up and is immediately taken (or destroyed) by the Rooskies, or shuffled off to the black market? How much just simply doesn’t show up or ‘falls off a truck’?

A lot of virulent Putinistas here often resort to the "If you're so pro-Ukrainian, why aren't you over there fighting for Zelenskyy?"-attack.
But here one could just as legitimately counter:
"If you're so concerned about how much American materiel is being diverted or misappropriated, why aren't you over there, watching over it and reporting back to us on its disposition?"
