U.S. Plans To Sell Ukraine Armed MQ-1C Gray Eagle Drones: Report
MQ-1C gives Ukraine a major leap in capability over its TB-2 drones for missions like electronic warfare support, strike, and surveillance.
Aside from the 4 HIMARS launchers and an undisclosed amount of ammunition, the capabilities in the latest $700 million package include:
Five counter-artillery radars;
Two air-surveillance radars;
1,000 Javelin auto-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) and 50 command launch units;
6,000 anti-armor weapons of an indeterminate design;
15,000 155mm artillery rounds;
Four M-17 helicopters;
15 tactical vehicles;
Spare parts and equipment.
Germany announced it would send IRIS-T guided missile air defense systems - arguably one of its most advanced surface-to-air weapon systems — along with four MARS II multiple rocket launchers from its own stocks. The MARS II is a German-specific variant of the U.S.-made M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System, a tracked rocket launcher that can load up to 12 rockets at a time. It can fire the same suite of ammunition as HIMARS, including the M30 and M31 guided rockets.

The Ukrainians will be getting fewer selections of the types of rockets the HIMAR is capable of firing. Now if the rockets they are getting is the M77 bomblet munitions warheads which has about 667 bomblets per war head spread over a football field per war head. A full volley of 6 rockets pack over 4000 bomblet munitions.
The M270 MLRS and the HIMAR was designed for counter artillery and counter battery. Meaning they are specifically designed to hunt and kill field artillery. The Russians are about to take some truly horrific losses to their artillery and fixed defense troop locations like that defensive line near Kherson. This is American equipment that was designed to survive nuclear wars and the lost of all satellite aid. 4 launchers can zero 24 square kilometers in 6 sec

M777 have been doing some damage, the Russians really don’t like them. Although a high priority target for Russia, they have had very little success in combatting them, relying on drone strike attempts.

However, Ukrainian troops were stopped in Bruskynske by Russian artillery fire and air attacks. Russian troops retreated to village Kostromka. No changes today.
