Jessie Watters made the point that Biden was going for the timing of the signing of the EO, wanting to sign it on the anniversary of the death of George Floyd.
Biden also timed the withdrawal from Afghanistan to coincide with 9/11, and look what happened.
Biden and his handlers are so tone-deaf that they let the symbolic timing of ineffective virtue-signaling drive their actions, shooting themselves in the foot every time (pun intended).
