The war will not be over anytime soon and will never result in Russian victory. I’d say 2 years from now Putin will leave with tail between legs give or take a 18 months.
Putin will achieve enough to be seen as a Russian victory. The attrition of Ukrainian soldiers is no longer one-to-one and rising much faster than Russian losses. Russia will end up cutting the Ukraine off from the sea and they will control the energy. Doesn’t matter if European nations don’t buy, because energy production is just a shell game with all of it being bought as nations exhange souces in the fall out.
