Might want to wait until this guy is proven to be the leaker before condemning him - the fact that he’s been a d*ck before doesn’t mean he’s the one who leaked this. There’s no evidence that it wasn’t leaked by a left-wing SC justice, for that matter.
Yeah. Right now there is a lot speculation without proof. They all have a lot of clerks. So it could be any one of them. Roberts for example could have liberal clerks.
That being said, this guy thinks it is ok to break the rules for a good cause (his). It is incredible that he is working at the USSC.
