The left-wing Circuit Attorney for St. Louis, Missouri played with fire and got burned while attempting a corrupt prosecution against ex-Missouri Governor and U.S Senate candidate Eric Greitens.
A former FOX News contributor attempted to obtain information relating to the prosecution, including the Circuit Attorney’s contacts and her office failed to respond to the request.
The attorney’s office attempted to appeal the judgment against her, which the judge struck down today.
Kimberly M. Gardner, the attorney in question has received financial backing from liberal billionaire George Soros. Soros was also one of the contacts she was attempting to hide from the records request.

The Missouri Court of Appeals at St. Louis on Tuesday upheld a judge’s ruling against the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office for failing to respond to a lawsuit that alleged violations of the state’s open records law.
The appeals court’s unanimous ruling said Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner’s appeals had “no merit.” She had challenged St. Louis Circuit Judge Christopher McGraugh’s ruling and $5,000 penalty for refusing to produce records and respond in time to a January 2020 lawsuit filed by conservative journalist John Solomon.
“Based on this whole record, we hold the trial court did not err in finding (Gardner’s) failure to file a timely response to (Solomon’s) amended petition was not the result of an unexpected or unavoidable hindrance, accident, or mishap, but was instead the result of (Gardner’s) carelessness, inattention, and deliberate disregard,” the court said.
Solomon, a former Fox News contributor who runs the website Just the News, sought all of Gardner’s contacts with staff and other key players in the 2018 criminal investigations of then-Gov. Eric Greitens.
Those people include Missouri Times publisher Scott Faughn, Clayton lawyer Albert Watkins, billionaire mega-donor George Soros and former state Reps. Stacey Newman...

Thats what happens. They buy the smaller people and judges. Why do you think these cases of election fraud didn’t come right to court. 1000’s of signed affidavits. Affidavits are under penalty of jail time themselves they saw this with there own eyes and are willing to testify to it. People get put in jail for murder over affidavits. But the judges said what… no standing. Or anything else to NOT have to look at the evidence. If they did then they would have to look at it and have discovery. They can’t let that out. It’s bought off a long time ago. And the media won’t report any of it. So it never happened. Debunked or Russian disinformation. Years ago the media would have been going nuts over something like this. Was a joint effort.
