Yes, this needs investigation and exposure to illuminate just how corrupt the FBI is. The FBI doesn’t investigate crimes, it now concocts them as weapons against political opponents.

I haven't followed the case that closely, but something smelled badly when the story broke. The governor was never in any danger. That is my take away..
The reason this sort of thing has to be followed here and elsewhere is that we have no free press.
In the past, journalists advancing their careers would take these things and get a following for episodically digging deeper and deeper into corruption, However, we not have a leftist monolith in the media -- investigators of leftist corruption are frozen out and starved. Fox and others like it are jokes running milk-toast versions of reporting.
