Never let a crisis go to waste...and if you don’t have a crisis, you create one in a biolab. Once that one plays itself out, you go and start a war with someone who has 6,000 nukes...cuz then you can do ANYTHING and slap the label “national security” on it, and “treason” for those who try to point out your folly or violation of the Constitution.
