I do not think this could ever happen because there would never be the votes to elect Trump speaker. But I can see the process used to remove Xiden/Hairass and a semiRINO like McCarthy as a caretaker presiden until the next election when Trump or DeSantis is elected. But I doubt even that scenario would happen
