Our government overlords want to make it a crime for a lawyer to even propose a legal argument they disagree with.
There goes our entire right to due process in one fell swoop. Essentially, the government’s lawyer and YOUR lawyer will both be government stooges, and so the outcome of any trial will be preordained.
