Naturally, the PBS NewsHour was delighted with President Biden's nomination of radical Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court on Friday night. David Brooks touted how Jackson brings “a new lived set of experiences. It can't help but have a humanizing aspect.” He put her in the mainstream….of the Democrats. That might be correct, but the Democrats are far to the left!

I was listening to PSB yesterday and the host went over the scant judicial record for Biden’s black female nominee to the Supreme Court. The nominee hadn’t written up much in the way of legal opinions, Pam read one section of an opinion from the nominee, and she acknowledged the law but established herself at cross purposes with it within the same paragraph! As for her rulings, she has the highest number that has been repealed - for judicial over reach! Good thing the qualifications to be a judge on the Supreme Court doesn’t even require a law degree, because this nominee will still qualify. Of course Biden’s ONLY qualifications for his nominee was that the nominee be black & female. And I don’t think more time & experience serving in a lower court would help this nominee much either. The nominee did have extensive activism experience. Campaigning for Democrats, volunteering legal aid to GITMO prisoners etc. Over all I think Biden’s pick is an unqualified, racist & sexist nomination. And woe to the Senators that vote to confirm her.
Any nominee from the Biden admin is going to be extreme left. Who care what color sex they would be.
