Officially, the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) have a foreign surveillance mission and domestic spying is prohibited by the CIA's 1947 charter.

Obama and his thugs did not want/need any FISA warrants to spy on/monitor/surveil Candidate Trump or President Elect Trump.

Napolitano: Obama Admin Used British GCHQ To Spy On Trump During Campaign

Posted By Tim Hains On Date March 14, 2017

On Monday, Fox News Channel judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano alleged that three intelligence sources had confirmed to him that the Obama administration used GCHQ (Britain's NSA) to spy on President Trump during the 2016 election so that there would be no paper trail.

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the 'chain of command' to conduct the surveillance on Trump," he said. "Obama didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice."

"What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Trump took office," he added.*

GCHQ nor Obama did nor required any paperwork to monitor and spy on candidate Trump.

All Obama had to do was have his AG Lynch make a phone call to Robert Hannigan @DCHQ and tell him to monitor candidate Trump and his people. No FISA stuff or judges nor paper trails.

This pilfering of DNS lookups is concerning, but it is actually molehill of an issue compared to the mountain of what the FISA courts allowed, which was the actual wiretapping of all communications of not only Carter Page, but all the communications of anyone he associated with while he was part of the Trump campaign. There were likely others, as well. This is where Durham needs to be digging, but sounds like he’s a long way from ever getting there, if ever, unfortunately.

What’s not said often enough is that even WITH all of the spying on Trump they couldn’t find anything wrong, and so had to make something up.

I doubt anyone else in DC could withstand such scrutiny.

If one were to to through the parking lot of that place, some, if not most, would be shocked to see how many Bernie, Biden, Hillary bumper stickers. The younger will have mostly, Bernie.

Barrel-chested freedom fighters make up, probably, less than 5% of the personnel. And those are the guys doing the dirty work that aren’t all that welcome in the building because they smell bad and have beards.

Even if the Pubics win in November, they will not do a thing, because guaranteed that several Senate and House Repubics were also involved in this criminal act.

Durham will be the new Ken Starr.

The Clintons’ loyal MSM agents have probably been dumpster-diving the trash bins outside his house for some time now.

And if they can’t find any dirt on Durham, I’m sure they will simply invent some.

At the end of the day, Trump chose not to pardon Assange or Snowden. He chose druggies, rappers and traffickers of illegal aliens.

Snowden and Assange sacrificed their lives to reveal the tentacles of the current deep state we have.

When Trump wins in 2024 he’s gonna be looking to dismantle the CIA. Just like Kennedy tried to do. I hope Trump has better security.
