I’ve got a great idea for ‘teachers’...virtual employment. It includes virtual payment, so you don’t have to mess with that pesky actual money. You can even use it to buy virtual food. Now, get to work you lazy ****s, you work less than 7 months a year anyway, with summers (90 days), non-summer weekends (another 80 days), and holidays off. Also, stop abusing our children (mental abuse is still abuse).

teachers want to stay at home
Have “teachers” do little mini classes. Then put them on Youtube. Kids should then get a list of the videos they need to cover and then we no longer need teachers at all.

In my city, most of the students did not test at grade level. Covid isolation was blamed and did play a major role, but the students ratings through every grade were terrible before 2020.
The Board decided to pass them on to the next grade. The schools are, once again, closed due to an innocuous variant. Remote “learning” is in effect. The students who learned nothing last year or the year before are learning less.
This has to be a deliberate, coordinated action to keep children stupid and unable to compete with the other world powers, i.e., China.
Useless children are THE PRODUCT sold by schools, to grow into dependent wards of the state; generating productive skilled workers hasn’t been the goal for decades. At this point teachers who learned nothing are posturing in front of students learning nothing.
Schools in Sarasota Florida have been open since August of 2020...had virtual learning for two months....April and May 2020.....
Went to Wal Mart in August 2020 and. Lady with California plates and a flock of kids got out of a van....I said to her your along way from home...we moved here so the kids could go to school...

Those 90% of “teachers” are now free from their union and can start their Tutoring business
As in many communities, school boards (and these days, many, many teachers) clearly care as much about children as communists care about workers ... or as much as "feminists" care about women for that matter.

I can’t recall any photogenic teachers from my high school years...not one...
If virtual employment . . . meant virtual payment, the kids would be back in school on Monday.

There was some flight to private schools for a time here in NJ, but it wasn’t sustainable/too expensive.
