Its obvious that he gets “boosts” of some kind so he can get through the day. And its pretty clear when the stuff starts wearing off. He gets that catatonic, confused look and then he’s quickly wisked away.
I wonder if they have a remotely controlled taser on Joe Biden so that when he ultimately goes off the rails they can just send them to the ground like a sack of wet turds.
