Probably doesn't want to party in blue D.C. because it's too dangerous. So when she's had her fill of partying in a free Red State, she will go back to D.C. and demand that people get vaxxed, wear masks, and maintain social distancing.
You know what she reminds me of? She reminds me of the strict Islamists who forbid alcohol consumption.
