I got Betadine Nasal Spray from Australia (I think), made in Austria, but it’s not with iodine. It uses carrageenan. Check it out. Looks pretty darn good.

Now that you mention it, why is the last syllable of that column (group) of the periodic table pronounced “een”, except for Iodine.

Viagra has been used...and it's a very potent Vaso dilatator..first used in Pulm. Hypertension....

Evidently people have been using nebulized peroxide to knock out an oncoming cold/flu for a long time. In the above articles, a few drops of iodine are added to the diluted hydrogen peroxide.
I use a Neti pot with two or three drops of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide.
Considerable warning here that Iodine is toxic in modest doses. Its Oral LDLo (lowest known lethal dose) human: 28 mg/kg.
