Anything commercial for young women will be steeped in the LGBTQ WTF dogma. I would find an interest magazine instead. Does she like cooking? Architecture? Shooting?
Magazines aren’t much read by that generation anymore. It’s all online. FYI
That said there used to be a women’s magazine called “Virtue” that I liked, in the 80’s. Also I liked “Victoria” magazine. I looked it up to see if they were still around, and they are, but like I said, they have an app. It really is all online now.
What are her interests? What was her major?

Country Magazine is a pleasant read.
Most women’s magazines have bad advice, especially bad dating and relationship advice.
