December 3, 1854 an historic date for Australia and the State of Victoria. The Battle of the Eureka Stockade in Ballarat was fight between gold miners and the British colonial authorities.
That historic event being commemorated with health freedom protests this weekend in Melbourne Saturday and Ballarat on Sunday.
These protest in Victoria state follow this week's passage of new "pandemic emergency" legislation sought by the Labor Party government of Premier Daniel Andrews.
