Not true AT ALL. I got arrested for resisting arrest when I was trying to report 3 violent felonies against me. Apparently the folks who committed those violent felonies had some kind of sway with the police.
Next up is whether or not I sue the city of San Jose for millions of dollars in wrongful prosecution and arrest. It all depends on how the Office of Public Integrity handles it. I have video of the event.
