Suspicion has sprouted out of the bitterness. Last month, White House aides leapt to the defense of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who was being hammered with outrage by Fox News host Tucker Carlson and likeminded online pundits for taking paternity leave after the adoption of his twins in September. Harris loyalists tell CNN they see in that yet another example of an unfair standard at play, wondering why she didn't get similar cover any of the times she's been attacked by the right. "It's hard to miss the specific energy that the White House brings to defend a White man, knowing that Kamala Harris has spent almost a year taking a lot of the hits that the West Wing didn't want to take themselves," said a former Harris aide, reflecting conversations last month among several former aides and current allies.
Instead of an obvious win for Kamala or Pete, the trillion dollar piggie bank is being handed off to an outsider.
A split within the administration?
With Harris, there is only one split that you will ever hear about, and it involves the lower appendages for political gain.
Even as promiscuous as she has been in her journey to the top, I don’t think she sees Biden as giving her much in return with his diminishing political power, and he is too much of a senile, desiccated, dried up old bag of stupidity that she couldn’t even bring herself to stoop to.
And that is saying a lot.

I don’t think it’s because of that. Al Sharpton was angry about her only being in charge of the border.
Heels up should know she only got the job for two reasons: female and blackish. Otherwise she brings nothing to the table.
In a functional executive branch, at a minimum the President has competent "people" and the "people" of both president and VP expect that each other is going to stay in their respective roles until at least the next election. In this s####show, the unqualified people on team Biden know that they can't trust the similarly unqualified people on team Harris because they are both unqualified and gunning for their jobs. The unqualified Harris people want to be in charge, but like Harris, they want the glamour of the gig, not the responsibility. They can't be too vocal about the whole dementia situation because they don't want to be suddenly shoved into a role where everything is awful and Harris is in a no win situation, but they don't want to act like it's not happening either because they want to have futures in politics themselves.
It's a good time to be into palace intrigue, even if the media is working overtime to cover it up. One thing is certain to me, at some point the dam is going to break and it's going to be amazing. I hope we still live in a stable country to enjoy watching it by that point, but the dam will someday break.

True, although I think it’s a simple majority vote. Which gives them a year to dump Kamala and pick someone more popular. Which at this point…is anyone.

Buttigieg needs to quit his hi-profile and focus on raising his twins.
Buttplug is being groomed. They’ve got a fan fiction ‘documentary’ highlighted on HBO about ‘Mayor Pete’ as he’s being foisted on the American public. Would not be surprised he’s a VP pick for the next dementia-addled fool they get to replace Biden.
The Dems problem is Kamala can create a narrative that anyone running against her is “anti-woman and anti-black / anti-person of color.”
So they’ll have to figure out some job to push her out of the way. Some have mentioned SCOTUS but not sure she’s interested in that.
We want Kamala to stay where she is - anchoring in a negative way the Biden administration. Since she’s a terrible candidate, we want her to be their nominee.
Amusingly people forget that Hillary picked Trump as her ideal opponent. They pushed Trump forward and he appeared on “Morning Joe” over a dozen times chatting away. It helped him early. But was all done as part of the plan for Hillary to have an easy path to victory.
Kamala though is a ‘more you see her the more you hate her’ candidate. For sure we want her to be their nominiee.
