They are claiming a “crazed man” was injecting people with something. I would agree there’s a good chance that’s what happened, but I’m suspecting the “injecting” probably happened several months ago.
There is one confirmed incident a security guard was injected. Houston po-po are investigating, as they are conducting a criminal investigation on the whole affair.
