That is WHY when you make movies and you need guns, you TRAIN EVERYBODY on gun safety.
The idiot who actually pointed a gun barrel at the victim is the main perp, plus he/she had a finger in the trigger loop, plus they did not de-mag/de-chamber the weapon, plus they did not make sure the hammer was down if hammer-type weapon.
