Thank You for your thoughts the world needs people right now who have sobered up and are willing to admit their mistakes and are addressing their issues.
In the rooms I frequent we are finding a unity and a spirit that will work even more if more folks change their hearts.
I can’t change other people I can certainly change myself and gain the spiritual strength to face what lies ahead.
I am a “drunk” and I believe in a broad definition of “drunk” that’s beyond drugs and booze to include food, money and yes or course sex.
My ego wants me to think I am the Big One but my Higher Power is ultimately in charge and I need to follow along.
George S. Patton said “lead, follow or get out of the way” and I guess those are the options on the “battlefield”.
