ou may have seen that map of nearly half the states in the union resisting Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate. It almost feels like the GOP, finally realizing its true power, decided to man up. But, don’t be fooled. Their largely symbolic actions should only make all America Firsters demand more.
From the outset, we should be clear that any and all state and local pushback against the vaccine mandate is welcome. Even symbolic action can strengthen popular support and morale. The real point, however, is that without the rightful and duty-bound exercise of power on top of what’s already in motion, the traditional American way of life will die and never come back.
The vaccine mandate is an historic test for our federalist system of government. It’s not a test for the federal courts or a federal midterm election, no. This moment is about answering the question of whether or not the last amendment of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution means anything anymore.
The ink on our country’s founding charter was still drying when Thomas Jefferson said, “I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground: That ‘all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States or to the people.’”
He was quoting the Tenth Amendment. Then the man who outlined twice the right of rebellion in the Declaration of Independence continued: “To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition.”
So red states are suing or threatening to sue the Biden Administration. Does any sensible American doubt the White House foresaw that likelihood?

A) Not an appropriate subject for a federal “man date”.
B) Not states’ job to enforce federal law if it were legit.
Vaccination is generally indicated for older people.
Because of all the variants, no one can be sure where the age cutoff should be.
Five hundred $20 jabs are cheaper than one $50,000 hospital stay. Big business likes that. RINOs like big business.
Bossing “the little people” around is a major pleasure in life for our “betters”.
For 1/50th of $5 trillion, DeSantis would kiss Joe’s lower cheeks.
There’s one simple reason why Republicans at the state level haven’t pushed back against the OSHA mandate for COVID vaccines: The mandate hasn’t even been issued yet.

It does seem that there is a lot of TALK and only talk from the administration and their lackeys in the media.
It’s like they want everyone to get jabbed, and then say “What? We never FORCED anyone.”
I wouldn’t be surprised to see some feeble effort to enforce this, that is then thrown out by the courts - only after millions have relented and gotten these shots.
ZiVerDo kits are even cheaper than shots and hospital stays.
In general I see the following happening:
1- Red State leaders are “against” mandates
2- OSHA is working to write mandates into regulation
3- Regulations come out and the vast majority or Red states throw hands in the air
4- mandates continue unabated
That’s alright. I’ve got my $10 horse dewormer and I doubt I’ll even need that.
I think no-one under 130 should be vaccinated. Above that age makes sense.
Nurses have come forward and confirmed that the hosptial Covid treatment protocols actually snuff out life.
Funny how there's no official talk of prevention, since an advanced Covid case is avoidable with little effort.
Dr. Vladimir Zelenko made it even more simple to avoid going to the hospital: Z Stack
