Gee, erratic behavior, attacking humans. I don’t know... Rabies, perhaps?
Yes, rabies could be a possibility. And that would be a real shame.
People had better make sure their domesticated animals have the rabies vaccine.
Does Covid appear in dogs or other animals? But I don’t think aggression is a symptom of Covid. Fatigue, perhaps.
The only Covid-related aggression I can think of is from the mask and vaccine police, busybodies, etc. Even the police; in Australia, about seven young men who were just drinking beer at a beach, without masks (they were outside, obviously), were actually handcuffed by the real police. I don’t what charges they’ll face, but Australia’s regulations on this are pretty draconian.
A friend of mine in South Carolina was checking his trail cam. He told me he saw small children playing in their yards nearby. A coyote came rushing at him. He didn’t have his knife or gun, and he stomped the attacking animal. After an exhausting duel, he succeeded in killing the coyote. He said no one would believe this, so he went to get his knife and a phone so he could photograph it.
When he got back, the dead coyote was gone. He saw it running toward him out of the corner of his eye. Another long battle ensued and he stomped it to death. Again. Then he slit it’s throat and hung it high in a tree.
Animal control tested the critter, and sure enough it was rabid.
He was examined. They decided he didn’t need a rabies shot.
How ‘bout fleas on their tails?
