Did the Zip Code of the Return Address (hate-criminals always include their Return Address) indicate that it came from a "rural" locale?
How else could she have framed this as a "hate crime" by a "White, Male, Rural Conservative?"
And how is sending a legislator (or other politico) a muzzle a hate-crime?
