Yeah, this seems like a likely explanation. This event has pretty much revealed that this administration is totally incompetent and about to ruin the entire Democrat Party brand.

Just a friendly edit: it’s now 47 years, not 45. With all of that experience, Biden should have had everything fixed in the first few months.
It’s got to be hard for the media, trying to disguise, hide and ignore all the failures of this new administration- the one they heralded as the administration that would restore America to world prominence and respect. So far, not only have they not done anything well- they’ve made just about everything worse.
