Sorry to have to tell you, but this was a primary part of their effort all along. After all, you can’t put into place all of the election changes for an illness that would probably have faded by late June of 2020 if we simply let it run its course as Sweden did. Yes, there would have been a recurrence in November, but we could have just done the same thing again and would already be done wit it.

Here are probable 2 real life examples of your comment.
Last month our contractor came down with the crud, then his two daughters 6 and 8 years old had it, and they never showed symptoms. His wife was also asymptotic. He and his family could have been out spreading a disease that was basically mild except for the contractor. So that family by being quarantined were not able to enable classmates, friends, fellow workers, playmates and others to get the crud.
Last Saturday, our 56 year old son was diagnosed with the crud.
So he, his wife and their 20 year old son at home from college and working, were and are still are quarantined.
They could still be out spreading a fairly benign form of this disease.
Our DIL cancelled a flight back to the East coast to help her daughter, our grand daughter, to get settled in her new apartment after her RN graduation. She, also, cancelled her morning dance classes with 12 adult students. She and her 2 partners have closed their walking clothing on line store until she is past her quarantine.
Their son, our grandson, is working from their home, and he could be out spreading the crud to fellow workers, his friends and customers.
Our son has cancelled two separate flights up and down the coast and several meetings with his workers and customers.
The dems in control don’t want natural immunity to handle this crud.
Just vaccinate the old folks like my wife, our siblings and friends.
Then, let nature take its course with mostly mild infections until natural immunity takes over.
