Looking at the pic I immediately assumed this guy was an informant and not a SA. Not just an SA but a SAC according to the article. SAC - Special Agent in Charge, first level of FBI management - head of a region or office.

This guy looks like someone who would have blended in perfectly at the Capitol Building instigating trouble on January 6th,2021.

Too bad we couldn’t find out where this guy was on that date.

What innocent American Citizen would believe he was ever an Agent of the FBI?
