The days of “free and fair” elections are over. Benjamin Frankin is is quoted to have responded to a question by a woman as to the form of government the Founding Fathers were choosing... It is said that he responded “... a Republic, if you can keep it...” WELL, we NO LONGER have it! IT IS GONE! The next elections will be shams just like the last. Every election that follows will just be one sham after another. The Republic that was founded is GONE and there is NO getting it back.

Only one of the 15 examples was for federal office and that election was never certified, therefore no Congressman had been sworn in.   No Federal office holder has ever been decertified by a state board of elections and removed from office after being sworn in.   That's not in the Constitution, State or Federal.

But wait, I have no Idea if it ever happened in the runup to the CW.   If you have to reach back that far for a precedent, why don't we just dress like the Gorton fisherman, stand behind the fan and go all in again.

That's not in the Constitution, ???

I got the decertification theory form a constitutional student on the radio.

Secession of the “red” states then forming a new republic would be faster and more effective.

The Equal Rights Amendment was ratified by 35 states at first go; that wasn’t enough to get it added to the Constitution. An amendment is going to need 38 states to pass it.

Why do they call it several when it is so many?

Because ‘several’ is being used as a legal term meaning ‘separate’. As opposed to ‘joint’ which is all together. It’s not referring to a number such as few, some, several.

The US Constitution uses ‘several’ in a few places. Here’s an example from Article 1, Section 2:

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

Only one of the 15 examples was for federal office...

And? So what?

... and that election was never certified, therefore no Congressman had been sworn in.

Again. So what? The certificate was based on fraud. Are you actually saying that fraudsters and imposters get to keep their benefits based on their fraudulent acts.

Let's see how that works.

lol!

No Federal office holder has ever been decertified by a state board of elections and removed from office after being sworn in. That's not in the Constitution, State or Federal.

Can you give me one example where the Constitution and existing federal, state and local laws were used in a court of law to protect fraud?

I didn’t say it was impossible, nor did I say it couldn’t happen now, I merely stated a fact

Can you give me one example....

General Flynn was held on charges that the DOJ instructed the judge to dismiss. Fisa charges were fraudulent but the judge had an agenda.

Both of those are examples of a judge ignoring and not using the Constitution and existing law.
