The days of “free and fair” elections are over. Benjamin Frankin is is quoted to have responded to a question by a woman as to the form of government the Founding Fathers were choosing... It is said that he responded “... a Republic, if you can keep it...” WELL, we NO LONGER have it! IT IS GONE! The next elections will be shams just like the last. Every election that follows will just be one sham after another. The Republic that was founded is GONE and there is NO getting it back.

Why do they call it several when it is so many?
Because ‘several’ is being used as a legal term meaning ‘separate’. As opposed to ‘joint’ which is all together. It’s not referring to a number such as few, some, several.
The US Constitution uses ‘several’ in a few places. Here’s an example from Article 1, Section 2:
The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

... and that election was never certified, therefore no Congressman had been sworn in.

No Federal office holder has ever been decertified by a state board of elections and removed from office after being sworn in. That's not in the Constitution, State or Federal.
Can you give me one example where the Constitution and existing federal, state and local laws were used in a court of law to protect fraud?

Both of those are examples of a judge ignoring and not using the Constitution and existing law.
