Yes, the big question is left dangling. Who told them to do it/paid them off? At whose behest were they falsifying records? Are we supposed to assume they falsified records as to their rounds and counts just because they were too lazy to do the required rounds and counts? I do believe that is what they’re asking us to believe. So they are the fall guys, but , hey look, they’re not really being punished that much for this kind of negligence, are they? Now we have the guilty parties, we don’t have to look for any others. Unbelievably corrupt. But par for the course.
