To address the tangent you went off on: Republicans did well in the 2020 (House) elections because President Trump actually won the election (and indeed, at least two dozen - and quite possibly more - federal candidates were similar victims of massive voter fraud). But again, that wasn’t the point I was making.
You seem to want the elusive flawless candidate. Those don’t really exist. Even if you do find one, again, the media will attack and destroy them with fake and phony allegations. I supported Chief Justice Roy Moore, and unapologetically, and he had his Senate race stolen from him (aided and abetted by corrupt Derp State RINOs in Alabama). That was a character assassination against him. I have NOT YET endorsed a candidate against the warmonger Derp Stater loon Liz Cheney, but I will not dismiss State Sen. Bouchard over something from his teenage years that occurred 4 decades ago.
Following your lead here, we’d have dumped Candidate Donald Trump in 2016 over all the garbage allegations and nonsensical crap (grab ‘em by the...), and the Butcheress of Benghazi would’ve waltzed in over another Derp State ringer “replacement” RINO loser.

No, it isn't. In fact, the way some people are reacting here, they're painting it as though he was 50 years old having sex with a 14 year old (or having sex with a 6 year old). I guarantee in the 1970s, when this occurred, you would find quite a large number of teenagers with that age range having relations. 1980s and 1990s, too.

I've seen conflicting info on his age, the usual sources I refer to don't have his birthyear published. 34 years ago is still a lifetime ago and doesn't change my opinion.
