So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

yes; violation of HIPPA and civil liberties. I’m over 60 so I don’t want to risk taking the blood clot shot.
Just say your vaccinated. If they demand to see proof, tell them know under HIPPA.
If that doesn’t work, refuse to wear a mask citing your Governor and the CDC. If they discipline you, sue them.
You have an open and shut case.
Whether one is vaxxed or not should be a question of HiPPAA privacy. I don’t know if legally they can request that info from you. Perhaps a lawyer in this field will chime in.
Either get vaccinated or wear a mask.
I’m not sure why the vaxxed care? I mean if it works they are protected. End of story
Also, what about people that had covid. They are totally protected with immunity. Then there’s a large % of people with natural immunity.

I’d wear a very lightweight mask that either says OBEY or has a pic of CommieCuomo with the nursing home deaths stats on it.

They don’t really know how long you’re protected naturally if you had Covid. My wife and I both had it. She tested negative recently.
Many coworkers at my wife’s employer left.
My wife told them she was leaving and since they’d already lost so many “doers,” they had secretly rescinded the policy a day earlier. They begged her to not leave.
She will leave, but she is waiting for another offer from a different interview.
