Here’s the County Clerk (According to Matt DiPerno) whose idea it was to “turn off” tabulator ballot imaging so that the Michigan election officials wouldn’t have to respond to FOIA requests and made it practically impossible to validate ballots to votes.

What ever happened with the Anterim lawyer’s BOMBSHELL announcement?
It was pretty big. All over the internet. End result of the court case is regardless of Tuesdays outcome, the other side was going to appeal. As true in war & politics, there is no fighting unless you are over the target.
The state reps and senators have categorically failed.
