Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone is the most recent in a string of Arizona officials to complain about the county’s audit of the 2020 presidential election.
The sheriff said that the State Senate’s demands for the audit of Maricopa County’s presidential election is “mind-numbingly reckless and irresponsible.”
He said the law enforcement agency would be at risk if the county complied with the Republican majority senate’s demands for routers or digital copies of the routers. The Senate also wants passwords to the voting machines that county officials have claimed they do not have, AZ Central reported.
“The Senate Republican Caucus’ audit of the Maricopa County votes from last November’s election has no stopping point. Now, its most recent demands jeopardize the entire mission of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office,” he said.
“Access to this information would adversely affect the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office ability to protect critical evidence, data shared between law enforcement agencies, protected private information and individual passwords, all of which could be used to the detriment of citizens and law enforcement infrastructure,” the Democrat sheriff said.
And Penzone is not just any sheriff. He is the man who defeated long time former Sheriff Joe Arpaio with the help of $2 million in donations from billionaire George Soros, Politico reported in 2016.

The mission of the “sheriff’s department” must be to protect fraudulently elected officials which include the fraudulently elected sheriff. That is the only way an election audit could threaten the “sheriff’s department”.

Sheriff Soros has some serious splainin’ to do. Why has his department been connected to the ELECTION SYSTEM? The Sheriff sure makes it sound as if his department has been connected to it, and has been sharing evidence, law enforcement data, etc. on it. How exactly is his Sheriff’s Department connected? Why? Has he been using confidential voter information in law enforcement operations?
The Arizona AG needs to get to the bottom of this. If this answer is yes, prosecute and imprison.

Sheriff of all jobs would need to be a non-partisan election.
There are some places where the elections for certain offices are considered non-partisan. AZ must not be one of them. Still, if the law is properly enforced, it must be non-partisan.
Penzone won re-election with surprising ease, despite having little visible public support. He ran as the anti-Arpaio against a man who was not actually running. If the audit takes a closer look, his term in office might be in serious jeopardy.
Although I am not from this country originally i still feel sad it ends up with this mess where foreign billionaire can dictate political election. I feel sorry for Americans. What a wonderful country
