Shows there was almost no chance convicted driver James Fields knew that he was turning onto a street with extreme left-wing protesters as a gathering left-wing crowd waited while protesting through the whole city. Could be critical evidence in the pending appeal by James Fields of his double convictions in both state and federal courts, leaving the then-20 year old with a life without probation sentence plus 419 years.

I thought the driver posted his plan to drive into the crowd on social media?
Did he plead guilty, too? I cannot remember.
I believed his original story, that he feared for his life.
I was shocked when the social media issue came out before the trial.
It was really simple: Four groups involved.
Two peaceful groups—one the naive liberals who wanted all the statues gone; the group I agree with wants the statues to stay. Neither was violent.
Two violent groups—Antifa types who were particularly violent and attacked the group of true white supremacists who responded with violence. Terry the Punk (VA governor) and the mayor of Charlottsville told the police to stand down instead of keeping these two groups apart and arresting all violent protestors.
The tikki torch marchers at the University of Virginia the night before had some hateful chants but were non-violent. The snowflakes upset by them should put their big boy pants on.
Looks like a vibrant carnival.
Fields should have jumped out of his vehicle and cake walked through the crown throwing beads.
All the way to SCOTUS. The Judiciary is completely compromised.

anyone watching the drone footage know how to zoom in? How are they zooming in to get the pictures from the distant aerial view?
The confrontation and resulting violence was a well coordinated false flag operation orchestrated by an agreement between the VA governor, Terry McAuliffe, and the Charlottesville police chief. They exploited the legitimate permitted gathering of the Lee statue defenders and the social media driven national Antifa thugs to attack President Trump in the early days of his administration.
With the assistance of the leftist media this event became a rally cry for the leftist in the same way that the George Floyd death was used by BLM to influence the 2020 election narrative. The abandonment of the field by the Capitol police in DC on Jan 6 despite the credible reports of Antifa thugs who wanted to disrupt the electoral debate was based on the template created by Charlottesville.
Both of these represent manipulation of law enforcement by political actors to advance their leftist agenda in America. They won’t be the last.
What would then happen if there was leaked audio of this false flag setup between McAuliffe and the police chief? CW2?
