And according to David Horowitz’s OpEd, it is also a violation of the law 21 USC 360bbb-3a: Emergency use of medical products. Link to excerpt of the OpEd:

Answer to your question is based on Civil Rights!
Any of the following can enter: a black man, a white woman, a blue man who says he is a pink woman.
Get the idea?
It would be a Federal crime to prohibit someone from entering a business that is open to the public. We tried to do this with HIV-AIDS.
“No, but they have the right to ask you if you’ve been vaccinated before you enter their property. You don’t have to answer or get vaccinated, but they have the right to ask you not to enter if you refuse.”
You sure about that? Is it only for the Covid vax, or can they keep out anyone for not having any vax? Ebola? HPV? If only for Covid vax, why only that one, legally?
No shoes, no shirt, no service.
THAT is the typical response of the media and liberals as they never see the hypocrisy of what they do. I respect anyone who can change with critical thinking and information. I at one time was petrified but I have pulled through and I am very well informed and aware now. I have seen ZERO differential response from these mass murdering Democrats tyrants since lock downs day one. They do not want to let go even as they make up phony numbers and have no real idea of what is going on or if they do,will make decisions base on political agenda and Twitter.
They can keep anyone out for pretty much any reason that occurs to them unless it’s based on sex, race, age, religion or disability.
Most of them would be stupid business decisions but they don’t give up their property rights by inviting someone in to shop.
No, but they have the right to ask you if you’ve been vaccinated before you enter their property. You don’t have to answer or get vaccinated, but they have the right to ask you not to enter if you refuse.

That may be true for an FDA approved vaccine, but according to David Horowitz, Not according to the Emergency Use Law (June 25, 1938, ch. 675, §564A, as added Pub. L. 113–5, title III, §302(b), Mar. 13, 2013, 127 Stat. 183 ; amended Pub. L. 114–255, div. A, title III, §3088(c), Dec. 13, 2016, 130 Stat. 1149 ; Pub. L. 116–22, title VII, §705(c), June 24, 2019, 133 Stat. 964 .)
It’s not an approved product by the FDA. It’s just authorized by emergency use-which the law says that it must be optional.
Of course, I wouldn’t buy anything from a business who did this and if everyone else did the same, they’d likely change their policy. Walmart in our area sure did. Backed off their mask required and one way isles and it didn’t take long. Lots of people just went elsewhere, till they got the message and quit the nonsense.
I’ve been certified for a few years so that was a trick statement, I must admit.
I see them both as intimidation tactics.
Florida: if you’re from state X, Y, or Z, we’re going to make you jump through extra hoops (so don’t bother coming)
Biden: if you want to have any possibility of a normal life again, we’re going to bend you to our will (so don’t bother resisting)
Yeah, the problem with that argument though, is that the corporations are only doing it, and are only allowed to get away with it, because the GOVERNMENT is pushing it, and has already demonstrated that they will, through use of LEO’s, fines, etc., force compliance.
It is optional. At least as of now no governments or business are forcing anyone to get vaccinated.
That doesn’t mean your refusal to doesn’t have consequences, and one of those consequences could be you get laid off until the pandemic’s over.
The EEOC has said exactly that.
Corporations are doing it because they want their employees and customers to feel and be safe. The government’s not enforcing anything - the market is.
If DeSantis has said he was wrong in setting up the checkpoints, I’d be happy to reconsider.
Exactly why we need more Governors etc. like the Fla. Governor. Cause it’s an experimental drug at this point and the way I see it it’s a violation of the law and a crime against humanity. And the EEOC is just another political hack agency as far as I’m concerned.
I hope a bunch of companies get their rear-ends sued off the charts, and the customers quit buying their products.
I’d feel differently if it had gone through the regular process and had FDA approval.
Oh. Thanks.
The problem is they are telling people who had the virus and are now immune that they should still get vaccinated.
Which screams *nefarious reason* as loudly as anything I’ve ever heard.
It’s totally ludicrous to vaccinate someone who is immune.
At the point you describe, there will be ‘the law’ and ‘local law’ - care to guess who’s going to win in a rural community?
Are leftists sewing armbands in the basement and soon tattooing numbers on peoples arms?
They’re nuts.
Your memory is sound.
Wrong, those checkpoints are there to make sure you arent bring invasive species into Florida, that might kill citrus trees...
