The Washington Post Editorial Board tried to scare the U.S. Senate into passing sweeping legislation to fight climate change.
The liberal paper’s March 18 editorial headline seemed to suggest Armageddon could happen tomorrow: “The danger of climate change is imminent. The Senate must approve a strong policy.” The editorial reeked of eco-extremist propaganda: “The danger is imminent. The world cannot afford another round of nice-sounding proposals followed by inaction. Congress must go big on climate change.” [Emphasis added.]
The Post cried how “THERE HAVE been many moments when it seemed as though the United States would tackle climate change, only for hopes to be dashed.” Not to fear, said The Post, “Now, it has another chance. President [Joe] Biden promised to put global warming at the top of his agenda, and congressional Democrats, for now clinging to narrow majorities, are beginning to offer plans.”

Is global warming really a bad thing?
For example, there have been numerous ice ages in earth’s history. Each ice age ended due to natural cycles of global warming or climate change.
Doesn’t this suggest that there are cycles of climate which happen naturally, and which we have no control over?
And would global warming have to be a bad thing? For example, the midwest is a productive and fertile agricultural region. But that area has severe winters? Couldn’t that region be even more productive, if they had a longer growing season? These people portray all impacts of climate change as being bad, by definition.

My life expectancy is only about 10 yrs, but my grandchildren can look forward to January beach vacations on the north shore of Lake Erie!
My respects to Bezos for creating the highly successful Amazon and my total disrespect for his politics.
These berserk Bezos employees are drunk on power. They proved that they were able to overcome an honest election to get their people in office. Now they are hysterically agitated and expect that their demands will be implemented immediately without any resistance or debate.
Will American patriots allow these crazy people to rule them?

There is more of a problem with litter than there is climate change. Bet the bozos at Wa-Po through garbage out their car windows all the time.

climate change nonsense kind of reminds me of the “Bigfoot” silliness...no proof that its true, but they WANT it to be true....
