I am astounded at the seemingly WILLFUL blindness of these parents. If anyone attempted to do that to my child, they would find themselves picking themselves up off the floor AND with severely kicked in scrotum!!
For the love of Crackers, the ASPCA would protect these kids better than “we” are from this perverted CREEP
